The following terms and conditions are applied for the above private city packages and private China tours.

The reservation and payment:

1. Please contact us as early as possible advising tour itinerary, exact date of entry, number and name of participants, clients' language spoken, special requirement, telephone, fax number and home address if available.
2. The full payment is required by cable transfer 35 days prior to the date of your tour. After the transfer, please send the copy of the bank receipt to us by fax.
3. As for the reservation concerning with the Yangtze River cruise, the reservation fee US$100.00 per person is required which is non-refundable. 

The price for tours includes:

1. The domestic flight or soft seat train charge between cities in the itinerary.
2. The hotel accommodation based on two persons sharing one twin room with private facilities in all relevant cities of itinerary. The participants should be at least two persons.
3. Daily American breakfast at the hotel, Chinese lunch with one cup of soft drink outside the hotel. Dinners are as specified in the itinerary.
4. Private transfers between airports or train stations and hotel and the all sightseeing spots. The shore excursions of Yangtze River are in group.
5. All normal sightseeing tours in each city with private and professional English-speaking guide assistance and admission fees where applicable.
6. The government tax.
7. Personal safety insurance with the tour inside China.

The price does not include:

1. The international arrival and departure flight.
2. The expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, drink, telex, telephone calls or excess baggage charges.
3. The airport construction fee (every stop USD6.00) and the departure tax (USD11.00).
4. The tips for the guides and drivers.

The cancellation:

1. The cancellation fees are calculated according to the days of notice received prior to scheduled date of entering China. The penalty will be a percentage on the tour price. Prior to 30 days of the scheduled tour is is 10%, prior to 15 days is 15%, prior to less then 15 days is 20%.
2. For Yangtze River cruise tour with the tourist boat, special provisions will be adopted. Prior to 30 days is 20%, prior to 15 days is 50%, prior to 7 days is 100%. Such policy is imposed upon us by the tourist boat company.

3. No refund will be made for any portion of the tour unused because of a cancellation or change made by participants themselves while the tour is in progress.

The season definition:
The duration of the high season is from 16th March to 30th November, and the low season is from 1st December to next 15th March.

Important notice -- Tibet tour:
Tibet, because of its high altitude, makes a high demand on visitor's health condition. Therefore, we strongly suggest all intended visitors to seek for doctor's advice before making reservation.
